Hotel's location excellent for accessing attractions.

During my stay, the room appeared quite old, with unsightly marks on the walls. The bathtub and sink were clogged, which made for a very unpleasant bathing experience. the cleaning staff arrived at 4:30 PM, waking us from our much-needed rest. If that wasn't enough, my family's experience was further marred by the staff's nonchalant attitude towards these issues.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially the day receptionist who promptly addressed our room's heating issue.

Unfortunately, the room had a persistent unpleasant smell, which detracted from our overall experience.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location for exploring nearby sights. Breakfast options were abundant and the staff maintained a friendly demeanor throughout our visit.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired. the mirrored wardrobe was not thoroughly dusted and the lift was out of order on our last day.

Our stay was fantastic, especially enjoying the amazing breakfast spread and the cozy, clean room, although we found the bed a bit shorter than expected. I’d definitely come back!

The Superior Twin Room with Sofa Bed was cozy and comfortable, with nice linens and four pillows. Having adjoining rooms worked perfectly for my family, and it felt secure too. The shower pressure was fantastic, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was the room could have been a bit bigger. a solid choice for our stay!

The location was superb, just a short walk to the metro and surrounded by many delightful dining options. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, with a variety of choices that satisfied our mornings. The adjoining room arrangement provided a unique level of security and comfort for our family, allowing us to enjoy our time together while still having our privacy.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring. We walked to the Louvre and enjoyed some vibrant nightlife in the Opera district, filled with amazing restaurants. The staff was super friendly, and our room was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun group getaway!

Nice stay and friendly vibes

The staff were super nice, making me feel welcome right from the start. My room was kinda small but had a nice view and the bed was comfy. Breakfast options were tasty too! Just wish the lift was working at ground level, had to lug my bags up a flight. Not a huge deal, but still a bit of a hassle.
